As an Admin log into Desktop, hire a new EE, making NO CHANGES to the Federal Withholding Certificate data

Scroll to the "Federal Withholding Certificate" card

Underneath the "Extra Withholding" field, a field is present with the label "To claim exemption from withholding, write "Exempt""

Fill required fields with valid data, and set "exempt" for "To claim exemption from withholding, write "Exempt"" field

"Submit" button is enabled

Click the "Submit" button

User is taken to next FTLW card

Complete the FTLW

Proceed to Dashboard \ Hamburger Menu \ W4 page and click "pencil" icon-button for Federal Withholding Certificate
